Archive Validation Platform is a technical solution that would empower Wells Fargo with a verifiable defensible e-communications data archive. First task was to gain insight into a users role through interviews and assumptions. It became apparent that their was no style consistency for the application and was not within the guidance of WF brand portal standards. A UI audit revealed inconsistent use and placement of items that would create confusion with users. Category naming, button nomenclature and were not in sync with best practices for an application use. Created a style guide that would apply to application throughout its lifecycle and address a need for consistent use and look. Users shared that they needed a clean unobtrusive application that allowed easy of use and in the shortest time possible. Added icon use for visual recognition of section and items. Created a design structure using BootStrap3 responsive allowing possible use on tablets.
