Designed the experience of Compensation Planning & Decisioning HR tool. Team consisted of over 50 members and spanned 17 months.
Goal
To utilize new technology to simplify a complex and stressful process of compensation planning and decisioning with the the organization. Provide a single solution, that was in sync with brand experience, the new solution would replace 2-3 different legacy systems that users found cumbersome and unstable.
Approach
Discovery of process through SME interviews. Documented scenarios through white boarding and journey mapping and process flow documents. Created wireframes and documented select screens and functions, matched to a task in Oracle HCM. Created and tested prototypes with internal user interviews and testing. Presented findings to team and Executive leadership.
